
Ariana Lopez is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Sacred Heart University. She previously graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, along with minors in Psychology and Spanish.
Ariana is deeply committed to helping individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered. Her clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including working with children and adolescents in an Intensive Outpatient Program, supporting young learners as a paraeducator in a K–2 classroom, and providing emotional support to adults and families impacted by cancer and bereavement through individual sessions and support groups. Across each role, Ariana brings compassion, authenticity, and a strengths-based approach to care.
Ariana believes in meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges. She is passionate about helping individuals build resilience, develop coping skills, and reconnect with their inner strengths so they can move toward meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Outside of her clinical work, Ariana is an instructor for the Bethel Colorguard, where she mentors students in confidence, creativity, and teamwork. This work further reflects her dedication to empowerment, growth, and community connection.
