Navigating Blended Families Through Therapy: Building Stronger Connections

Blended families are becoming more common, but that does not mean they are simple. Bringing two households together involves more than shared space. It involves emotions, history, parenting styles, expectations, and loyalty conflicts that can feel overwhelming for everyone involved.
