As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) and retired police officer, I bring a unique blend of clinical training, life experience, and steady leadership to the counseling space. After years of serving the community in law enforcement, I understand stress, trauma, crisis situations, and the impact they can have on individuals and families. Today, I use that experience to help children, adolescents, and adults build resilience, confidence, and emotional strength.
I enjoy working with children and teens who may be struggling with anxiety, behavioral concerns, school stress, emotional regulation, peer relationships, or family transitions. Young people often respond well to my calm, consistent, and structured approach. I strive to create a safe environment where they feel heard, respected, and understood-while also helping them develop practical tools they can use in everyday life.
I also specialize in working with first responders, veterans, and individuals navigating trauma, depression, and high-pressure careers. I understand the culture of service professions and the difficulty many face when asking for support. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and grounded in real-world strategies. I also specialize in working with individuals that are struggling with substance abuse.
Whether I’m working with a child learning to manage big emotions, a teenager navigating identity and pressure, or an adult facing stress or trauma, my goal is the same: to provide a steady presence, build trust, and help clients move forward with clarity and confidence. Reaching out for support is a strong first step-and you don’t have to navigate challenges alone.
