Choosing self-care and asking for help are no small feats. We will work collaboratively and our sessions will be whole person focused as we accept where we are and commit to growth. I will support you with courage and guidance. I offer an integrative approach of CBT, DBT, positive psychology, solution-focused therapy, and somatic techniques coupled with decades of experience teaching mindfulness and yoga as well as practicing restorative bodywork. I am a teacher and a student. I am an avid believer in our ability to evolve, heal, forgive, and find joy. In our sessions I will incorporate curiosity alongside humor, reflection alongside guidance, and a quiet, safe space. I enjoy working with adults and couples. I have experience helping parents navigate difficulty and caregivers of all ages supporting loved ones. My areas of expertise are grief, trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationships, body image, complicated family dynamics, and career uncertainties. I have experience with eating disorders, substance abuse, PMDD, perimenopause, ADHD, and ODD.
