I’m a gender-affirming therapist who specializes in behavior modification, dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I work with toddlers, children, preteens, adolescents, and young adults diagnosed with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD/ADD, learning differences and processing disorders. My focus is on helping individuals embrace their neurodivergence and develop strategies for learning and socializing that work for them, leading to happier and more fulfilling lives.
I have worked in schools, birth to three programs, domestic violence shelters and other mental health agencies working with families. I have gained experience working with individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+. Many of the clients I work with are working on self-esteem issues, trauma, time management, anxiety, social anxiety, sensory issues, OCD and depression. I provide testing and evaluations for toddlers with developmental delays and on the autism spectrum.
My approach is warm, honest, empathic, and genuine, creating a comfortable environment for clients. If you or your child are struggling with daily routines, social skills, executive functioning, transitions, low self-esteem, or anxiety, I am here to help.
I attended Southern Connecticut State University where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Social Work. I furthered my education and pursued a Masters Degree in Social Work from Fordham University.
